Tyler Tocco has over 12 years of experience in the finance industry specializing in building relationships with business owners and underwriting operating and real estate loans. His role at INCA Capital includes establishing and maintaining connections with developers and real estate professionals in order to provide them with the financial capital they need to grow their businesses as well as underwriting the due diligence matters of the various real estate loans. Prior to joining INCA Capital, Tyler served as VP – Business Banking Relationship Manager for BBVA (one of the largest banks in the United States) managing a portfolio of over 250 business banking clients and was responsible for driving new small business deposits to record amounts during his tenure. Before entering corporate banking, Tyler served as a Senior Analyst and Asset Manager at SMS Financial, a local private distressed debt firm and joint venture partner of the FDIC. Over his 9 year tenure at SMS, Tyler was instrumental in the underwriting, acquisition, recovery, and servicing of over $1 billion of commercial debt. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
